By means of massive utilization of cloud computing and virtualized server, the power consumption and space occupied will be lowered, which in turn save operational expense. Nowadays, energy saving has been an stressed feature in hardware specifications, including CPU, memory and hard drive. If we utilize software architecture to build virtualized server platform, then a single server can install and run several operating systems rather than only one. Such method can not only fully utilize the computing performance but also acheive huge saving of space and power consumption This article selects two virtualization software on the market to set up virtualized clouding computing system and investigate their own performance. For virtualized server, we select vSphere ESXi from VMware and XenServer from Citrix to build full virtualized and para-virtualized platform. The performance is investigated by considering with the number of executing threads of the different virtual platforms. Due to consider the load-balance, the HAProxy is used in the work that is based on round-robin algorithms, sharing the load to the virtual server. According the result, the number of 4 and 12 are used having a better performance under Vmware ESXi platform and better than a single native host or XenServer planform.
