Each member of the project due to different backgrounds, experiences, personality traits and abilities, and make their own and each other's point of view a difference, leading to a conflict to communicate with each other. This conflict will affect the entire project implementation performance, so how to choose the appropriate member of the minimization of conflict is a major challenge of the project manager. There have been a lot of literature is to study for project management, but so far, no research to select the project members under the minimization of conflict. This study proposes a project conflict minimization mathematical model. Firstly, the project team for the conflict, to find the important factors that affect the personal views of thinking. Then by these important factor to construct a set of ad hoc conflict minimization member selection model. In this study, using Lingo software solved by optimal solution model to assist managers in specific requirements, access to the project team under the minimization of conflict. This study used a simulated case to verify the practicality of this model. The results show that the model in this study could assist to the project managers compose the most appropriate team to improve the performance of the project.
