With the basic police were talking, that they are feeling unknown workplace stress, and stress can cause stress, anxiety, frustration, and human conflicts, psychological, physiological or behavioral aspects of abnormalities inside the organization, if the people feeling in pressure is that will have not good influence in the quality of work, job performance, physical and mental health and interpersonal harmony , and also the development of the organization will be full of bad factors. In this study, an empirical study to explore the relationship between emotional labor of police officers, emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment. In this study, conducted through questionnaire survey, a total 443 valid questionnaires, according to the data, descriptive statistics, t-test, one way ANOVA, regression analysis and correlation analysis method for processing. The results showed that: 1.The members of Banqiao, New Taipei City Police Bureau whose emotional labor, emotional exhaustion and organizational commitment status - the average score of emotional exhaustion was the highest, followed by emotional labor, and the lowest was the organizational commitment. 2 The members of Banqiao, New Taipei City Police Bureau whose personal data in the differences of emotional labor, emotional exhaustion and organizational commitmen t- different service years , classes on emotional labor is having a significant difference; different age, marital status, education on emotional labor is having a significant difference: different age, marital status, service years, classes, duty on emotional labor is with significant differences. 3. The basic emotional exhaustion emotional expression will generate significant negative impact, while the emotional exhaustion emotional control will have a significant positive effect. 4.Emotional exhaustion would attitudinal commitment and behavioral intentions promise not produce a significant impact.
