This research is trying to take Hsinchu City，for example，discuss the property of usage currently domestic emergency medical service in academic way.
This research used the propose which Patton,C.V, Sawacki,D.S proposed predicting tactics analyzing in 2001 to establishe this research construction foundation, and made varieties of ememrgency medical serive policy, then to survey the possibilities of the policy in different way. Compile the whole related ememrgency medical serive charge system , compare and list difference which is between condictions and emergency system to analyze the charging system.
