Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to understand the internet dependence of parents, parent-child relationship, and well-being for the Fifth and Sixth Graders’ consciousness under the current situation. In addition, we studied the correlations among internet dependence of parents, parent-child relationship, and well-being. A Questionnaire survey procedure was used as the main research method in this study. We have 675 valid samples from a sampling of fifth-grade and sixth-grade schoolchildren of Banqiao and Tucheng District, New Taipei City. The collected data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent t-test, Pearson product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. The results of the study are as follows: 1.Consciousness of the Fifth and Sixth Graders for their parents’ internet dependence, below the middle degree, more and more serious was assessed. 2.Sound relationship between the Fifth and Sixth Graders and their parents under the current situation. The highest score was “appreciate and trust”, “respect and communicate” need to be improved. 3.Parent-child relationship of girl schoolchildren were superior to boy schoolchildren’s, significant differences on the aspect of “friendly contact”. 4.The Fifth and Sixth Graders’ feeling toward well-being above average in this study. The highest score was “self-assurance”, “emotional intelligence” need to be improved. 5.“Interpersonal relationship” as well as “emotional intelligence” of girl schoolchildren were superior to boy schoolchildren’s. “Life satisfaction” of the sixth-grade schoolchildren were superior to the fifth-grade schoolchildren’s. 6.“Internet dependence of parents” and “parent-child relationship” showed significantly negative correlation in this study. 7.“Internet dependence of parents” and “well-being” showed significantly negative correlation in this study. 8.“Parent-child relationship” and “well-being” showed significantly positive correlation in this study. 9.“Parent-child relationship” had mediation effect to the “internet dependence of parents” and “well-being”. Finally, we proposed some practical suggestions to parents, relevant authority, and future research.
