Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 科技管理學系碩士班 === 102 === Different with the traditional Student Identity Card, modern student ID card combine multiple function in one card, such as International Student Identity Card, (ISIC), Easy cards, Library card and Access Key card. This research discussed the function of International Student ID Card and the demand for the students. It also discussed the continuing of using this card for small amount payment after their graduation. The user’s satisfaction will affect using willingness after their graduation? Questionnaire survey method was used to collect data through hierarchical convenience sampling, aimed students of a private University at Hsinchu. There were 500 questionnaires be distributed and 492 valid questionnaires received, with a response rate of 98.4%. The data were analyzed by SPSS statistic software, using descriptive statistic, reliability, t-test, and One way ANOVA, correlation analysis. The results showed that: there were no significant different on Production Quality, Service Convenience, Perceived Ease of Use (PEOU), Perceived Usefulness (PU), Satisfaction and Loyalty under different background students. The majority students realize their Student ID card with the function of International student card and Easy card , but actually used Easy card function were 75.6%, and using international students card function only 32.3% of participants, which means the minority students actually used international students card function, school should take terminal International ID function into consideration, to reduce cost, but the result also shows there were 83.9% of students still think it is necessary combines this function even they didn’t use very often. According the result by Multiple Regression analysis, the Production Quality and Service Convenience will positive effect PEOU and PU of International Student Card, and PEOU will affect PU of international student’s card, PEOU and PU affected the user’s satisfaction, the satisfaction will affect the loyalty.
