Summary:碩士 === 中華大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === The objective of this study is to evaluate the current status of job rotation and administrative effectiveness of the elementary school administrators in Miao-li area. We assess the impacts of different personal backgrounds on the elementary school administrators’ job rotation and administrative effectiveness. We then investigate the relationship between job rotation and administrative effectiveness in the elementary school administrators. According to our study results, we propose suggestions that relate to job rotation for educational authorities. We use the questionnaire approach and select public elementary schools’ administrators in Miao-li area as investigative objects. The data collected is used to do SPSS analysis. We obtain the following results: 1.School administrators’ overall awareness towards job rotation is in the degree of medium-high, specifically the highest degree is “job rotation awareness” followed by “job rotation willingness”. 2.School administrators’ overall impression towards administrative effectiveness is in the degree of medium-high, specifically the highest degree is “work performance” followed by “resource availability and utilization”, “organization environment” “communication and co-ordination”, and “job satisfaction”. 3.Different gender, ages, education levels, departments, position, personal job rotation experience, and administrative rotation status have different awareness in school administrators. 4.Different education levels, administrative work experience, personal job rotation experience, and administrative rotation status have different administrative effectiveness in school administrators. 5.School administrator’s job rotation and administrative effectiveness has significantly correlation. 6.School administrator’s job rotation can effectively predict administrative effectiveness.
