Especially in sports circles, parental authority gives a more precise description for the Chinese people's unique leadership thinking. This study will verify if paternalistic leadership can lead to positive feedback of athletes and thus improve their athletic performances.The study adopts data collection, case study method, the scenario and interview method in the hope of exploring the applicability of the theory of paternalistic leadership for Asians from the diverse aspects.Therefore, the researchers will introduce the contents of paternalistic leadership and illustrate more diverse and direct impacts of the whole-day paternalistic leadership on the performances of the athletes by taking the examples of a junior high school judo coach.
