Description
Summary:碩士 === 中國醫藥大學 === 醫學檢驗生物技術學系碩士班 === 102 === Asthma is a chronic inflammatory airway disease, studies have shown that patients with asthma Th2 cells growing trend whereas Th2 cells in the regulation of chronic inflammation plays a key role in maintaining the airway reactivity. Due to Th2 cell responses excessive in patients with asthma, causing to infiltration of eosinophil, epithelial cell hypertrophy, proliferation and activation of increased goblet cells and then mucous there by increasing the overreaction of the trachea. Previous studies in our laboratory, traditional Chinese medicine formula composed of 10 kinds of herbs can really improve dust mites Dermatophagoides pteronyssinus (Der p) induced asthmatic airway resistance in mice, and to reduce the impact of cell infiltration of airway inflammation. Therefore, this present study developed from traditional Chinese medicine new medicine. Research on the use of Der p - induced BALB / c mice were sensitized asthma model, stimulating the trachea weekly for 6 weeks, and analyzed airway resistance, alveolar lavage inflammatory cytokines, T cells and impact of inflammatory cells in the lung tissue , discuss new medicine for asthma, dust mite allergens in mice of immune regulatory mechanisms. The results showed that the new formulation medicine indeed possible to improve the Der p induced asthmatic airway resistance in mice reduces Th2 cells the related cytokines IL-4, IL-5, IL-6, IL-13, TNF-α concentration , relieve bronchial goblet cells overexpressing hyperplasia.
