Summary:碩士 === 中國醫藥大學 === 醫務管理學系碩士班 === 102 === Background:The intent of the research in this thesis was to study the impact of the organizational culture of health and individual health on employees’ job satisfaction and their absenteeism based on support of the concept of organizational health. This study also uses a healthy organizational culture to conduct a comprehensive analysis of personal health. Methods:This research adopted a cross-sectional survey which inquired 194 employees in a semiconductor company. The effective return rate was 38.8%. The responsive questionnaires were analyzed by using the Microsoft Windows’ version of the statistics software package SPSS 22.0. Results:The study found that both the organizational culture of health and personal health contribute positively on job satisfaction. When the comprehensive analysis of job satisfaction on organizational health culture and personal health was conducted, the results showed that respect and support for the culture of the organization (p <0.05), a culture to support the development of the potential of individuals (p <0.001), and mental health (p <0.001) have significant influences on job satisfaction , which means that there is a positive impact. In the study, there is no significant correlation between the organizational culture of health and the employees’ absenteeism. , The mental health has a higher impact on the staff with lower absenteeism rate (OR = 0.972 for staff with lower absenteeism rate, OR = 0.94 for those with higher rate); the employees ranged from 31-40 in age were influenced more seriously in higher absenteeism rates (less absenteeism: OR = 6.183, often absenteeism: OR = 13.573). Conclusions:The results of this study show that organizational culture of health , employee health are both important factors that influence employee job satisfaction. Meanwhile, mental health is a key factor in both job satisfaction and absenteeism. This result provides an enterprise a reference to develop the strategy of workplace health programs.
