It will be lack of ability of emergency response in case of chemical accidents. For those who work on site will misjudge the hazardous and dangerous materials which containing runaway reaction. In view of our study on industrial safety design, we introduce a software of ChemInform Saint-Peterburg Software (CISP) to simulate the kinetics which of organic peroxides. It aims at the thermal reaction of various substances not only can carry out a series of dynamics simulation analysis data but provide relevant personal necessary information and hazard analysis in the plant. Test data of organic peroxides were measuremented by Differential Scanning Calorimeter (DSC); then we used the Thermal Safety Software (TSS) developed by CISP to simulate the thermal kinetic data of tert-Butyl hydroperoxide (TBHP) , tert-Butyl Perbenzoa (TBPB) and cumyl hydroperoxide (CHP) . Based on these kinetic parameters from simulation of CISP,such as activation energy, frequency factor, reaction order and reaction heat, TMR (Time to Maximun Rate), SADT (Self-accelerating decomposiyion) were discussed to safe design.
