Organic food is been born by then, and the people place limitless hopes on it. The main purpose of this study is to probe the attitude of consumption for the selected motivation and intention of purchase. To take the method of convenience and snowball sampling; studying by statistics of confirmatory factor analysis (CFA) & Linear Structural Relations Model (LISREL), etc. To get the result the most intense of select organic food in Taiwan is motivation of ecology, next is LOHAS health. There is a significant positive impact by the attitude formation of organic food for LOHAS health, ecology, policy and religious motives. It evidence the select motivation has good explanatory by consumption attitude for organic food. It is good predictor for organic food. Otherwise, the attitude of organic food has significantly positive impact for intension consumption; and be mediator for selected motivation and intention consumption of organic food.
