Experimental results have proven that: 1.Fluxes used iron oxide, sodium bicarbonate, carbon powder add the amount of toner, adding volume by 1% to 3%, mudstone fixed usage. Compressive strength increases with increasing temperature, and water absorption and bulk density with sintering temperature decreases, in SM25-M10-TFT65-Fe0, SM25-M10-TFT64-NaH1, SM25-M10-TFT63-NaH2, SM25-M10-TFT62-NaH3 four kinds of ratios, 900 ℃ during sintering,it meets the requirements of three kinds of bricks, 1000 ℃ during sintering, in SM25-M10-TFT64-NaH1、SM25-M10-TFT63-NaH2 and SM35-M10-TFT54-NaH1 three kinds of ratios, the compressive strength and water absorption on the Meets two kinds of tiles required, Its density is less than 1.8 g/cm3. 2.gravel sediment mud adding volume increases 25% to 45%,.mudstone usage fixed 10%, fluxes volume fixed usage. Compressive strength increases with increasing temperature, but with the addition of increased gravel sediment mud decreases. in 900 ℃ during sintering, SM25 -M10-TFT64-NaH1、 SM25-M10-TFT63-NaH2、SM25-M10-TFT63-Fe2 and SM25-M10- TFT62-NaH3 ratios, and in 1000℃ during sintering, SM35-M10-TFT54-NaH1 、SM25-M10-TFT64-NaH1 etc ratios they met the requirements of three kinds of bricks, on the compressive strength and water absorption Its density is less than 1.8 g/cm3. 王金鐘 2014 學位論文 ; thesis 67 zh-TW
