The apparatus use of recyclable materials . Furthermore , the environmental protection, evaporative cooling and the thermal conversion techniques are also used to make dirty air into the clean and cold air. The analysis of practical cases can reduce the outside air temperature effectively to 4 ~ 10 ℃. The mass electrical energy consumption of compressor air-conditions to bring climate change , energy crisis and other environmental problem .In comparison with traditional air-condition systems , the electrical energy consumption of propose techniques is reduced by 18% to 95%. The study can achieve the purpose of green energy and reduce the environment burden . Therefore, the study also make a deeply analysis about electrical consumption.
