Furthermore, we can analyze the causes and provide the potential precautionary measures. The study is to investigate this phenomenon extensively and refer to questionnaire as an approach of the research. We take the hospital ranking of their emergency medical capability into consideration and choose the medical staff of the severe level and moderate level emergency responsible hospitals as the research targets. This study shows that the rate of members suffer the psychological violence attacks is high. 76.4% of the members were scolded and under lots of psychological stress. 36.7% of the medical workers faced the physical violent attacks. Most of the hospital violent attackers were the patients and their families. They were usually attacked in the medical institutions or workplace. The medical workers felt anxious about the abuse in the workplace. The most responses of the medial workers who suffered the hospital violence were to “tell the aggressors to stop their violent behaviors”, “complain them to their families or friends”, “pour out their bitterness to their coworkers.” However, they seldom reported them to their supervisors or recorded them on the “Report Form.” The main reasons that the medical staffs who suffered from different kinds of violent attacks didn’t report their cases were because they thought they wouldn’t get any help. The employers and the executives often offer the opportunities to the victims to discuss or report the violent events. The victims can also consult with their supervisors and get some counsel. The medical members are usually not satisfied with the ways their supervisors deal with these violent events. The experience of suffering hospital violence is related to the nursing staff’s genders, their seniorities, and their education levels. It isn’t associated with the types of the hospitals. The medical stuff think the main factors of the violent attacks are their working environment and the attitude of the patients. The good ways to prevent violence events are to take security measures, hold training courses of preventing violence in workplace, improve the working environment and have better communication with the patients. Proposals: 1.Strengthen the mobility and facilitation of the security measures. 2.Offer the methods to concern our stuff well and help them release the pressure. 3.Improve medical stuff’s ethics. 4.Offer more training courses to against the violent attacks. 5.Simplify the process of reporting the violent events and strengthen the abilities of solving these cases. 6.Have the firm attitude of opposing the violence. 7.Education our patients the correct process of medical treatment and set up the medical treatment morals. 8.Strengthen the purposes and meanings of the examination after getting hurt.
