| Summary: | 碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 102 === The case study investigated the current situation and the implementation effectiveness of an elementary school processed Night Angel Illumination Program in the school year of 102 in Taichung City and realizes the attitudes of executive administrators, the suffering problems and the respond strategies. To get the study goals, the researcher went through literature review to determine research methods, made the interview outlines, took the qualitative research interview to conduct semi-structured interview for the executive administrators, teachers, students and parents, used spot observation as an assistance and gathered the relevant data. Finally, the researcher classified, generalized and analyzed the data. The conclusions were as follows:
1. The school administrators agreed with the good wills of the program to implement the cares for the disadvantaged children.
2. The school administrators combined community resources to increase program finance.
3. The teachers valued the disadvantaged children’ emotional needs and gave them positive cares.
4. The administrators and teachers with all their heart made the plan become more effective.
5. The diverse curriculum planning can increase student learning interests and help students to build self-confidence.
6. Character education integrated into the curriculum and activities imperceptibly changed the habits and attitudes of children.
7. The students and parents had high satisfaction on the luminous angel lighting plan
8. The low participation and involvement of the parents made the implementation become harder.
9. Restricted funds were allotted inefficiently has resulted in the execution difficult.
