Summary:碩士 === 中臺科技大學 === 文教事業經營研究所 === 102 === The purpose of this study was to explore the understanding about campus crisis management in Taichung City. In order to get the conclusions of the study, a quantitative method was adopted, and the researcher designed “Questionnaires of campus crisis management in Taichung elementary schools”. A total of 544 questionnaires were expected to be distributed. The number of valid responses was 493, and the usable rate was 90.63%. The collected data were statistically analyzed by descriptive statistics, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson’s correlation, canonical correlation and multiple stepwise regression, and the conclusions were as follows: 1. “Disciplining conflict” was the most occurred type of the campus crisis in elementary schools of Taichug city. 2. “Family factor” was the major reason of the campus crisis in elementary schools of Taichug city. 3. The perception of current status of campus crisis management among elementary school teachers in Taichung city was a medium-high level in average, and hightest in the aspect of “crisis response”. 4. The perception of difficult situations of campus crisis management among elementary school teachers in Taichung city was a medium level in average, and hightest in the aspect of “environmental situations”. 5. There were significant differences in perceptions of the strategies of crisis management among teachers with different latest academic background, current position, attending the seminars of campus crisis management and school locations. 6. There were significant differences in perceptions of the difficult situations of crisis management among teachers with different current position, school size and school locations. 7. There was a negative correlation betweent strategies and difficult situations of campus crisis management. 8. Strategies of campus crisis management could effectively predict difficult situations, and the aspect of “crisis recovery” was the most effective predictor for difficult situations of campus crisis management. Finally, according to the research results, the suggestions are proposed by the researcher to schools, teachers and other researchers as the future references.
