It’s a study to promote beauty industry’s performance efficiency. Beauty industry emphasizes on customer relationship and offers diversified; innovative and differentiated service. This study seeks to find out the best strategy by means of grey theory. Moreover, a questionnaire and grey theory statistical concepts are integrated to find out the most necessary marketing service item in beauty salons. The marketing and performance of beauty salons can be promoted and the management level can also be improved in order to serve more customers.
