The purpose of reducing the error rate and improving the interface, we evaluate the interface usability of two ATM which are different from the interface in this study at Chung Yuan Christian University. In this study, we use the eye-tracker to investigate the operation of withdrawals and transfer, evaluating the usability. It is found from the study that the interface of bank B can reduce the error rate of transfer. For the people who had not been operated, bank A interface is easy to feel confused.
