The Study is used to analyze the Critical Successful Factors of Operation Performance in McDonalds drive-through and explore the development of future.
In addition, the study is referred for the McDonald s business and relevant references, furthermore, to summarize critical elements of McDonald's success by operation performance and questionnaire analysis from McDonald’s experts.
In the end, the study analysis is applied to verify the Critical Successful Factors in Operation Performance for McDonalds drive-through. Furthermore, came up with following nine principal factors as the reference for fast food industry:
Decoration and convenient location of restaurant
Management leadership
Service efficiency and attitude
Rent
The seats quantity in restaurant
Excellent leader
The prosperous market
Expansion revenue ability
The smooth way in drive through
