The research adopts case study method and conclude three findings. First, principals’s organizational commitment impacts on performance. Tendency to stay and context performance vary from different racial origin principals. Second, principals’s social network also varys from different racial origin principals, specifically in scope of networking activity and strength of ties .Third, principals’s social network is key to their interpersonal relationship which assists principals reduces negative attacks and entry barriers in suburban elementary school. Essential resources that obtain from social network also affect principal’s performance.
