Need to re-examine its business model by adjusting its service processes, or may also be through partnerships or joint venture. This research is exploring the relevance and weight of each criterion through service process reengineering and service innovation model to propose the most suitable mode of co-publishing industry . This research based on Taiwanese publishing industry, the questionnaire was applied into publisher decision maker, distributor and channel purchase decision maker. The 31 valid questionnaires were collected using DEMATEL analysis to establish criteria relevance, and build the structural model by cause and effect diagram, and then use the revised DANP, analysis of the weight of each criterion value as the basis for program choice. In conclusion, to discuss and elect a suitable model for co-publishing industry according to VIKOR. The results of this study showed that when the publishing industry makes an overall assessment employing service process reengineering and service innovation model, the first need to be improved is the application of technology, the next is service composition, and the last is service direct delivery. The most suitable for publisher’s cooperation strategy model is strategic alliance, and the next is mergers and acquisitions.
