Managers who own the ability of ethical leadership and maintain good relationship with subordinates can motivate employees to work harder and keep companies competitve. The atmosphere of organizational citizen behavior will spread around companies when managers treat their subordinates fair or even better. Due to the positive effect of organizational citizen behavior, employees will help each other and provide beneficial ideas to firms. Therefore, this research shows that ethical leadership management will establish organizational citizen behavior between employees and which is the main issue that should be discussed. The research is based on social exchange theory, discussing organizational justice ,quality of leadership and effects to organizational citizen behavior between job involvement and ethical leadership.A total of 197 questionnaries returned. It collects 158 valuable questionnaires with effective rate 80.22%. The empirical result says, ethical leadership has prominent effect on organizational citizen behavior. Ethical leadership has prominent mediating effect to organizational citizen behavior and LMX. Ethical leadership has prominent mediating effect to organizational citizen behavior and . organizational justice. Ethical leadership has prominent mediating effect to organizational citizen behavior and job Involvement.According to the result, the research provides a further discussion and recommendations to the follow-up research.
