Therefore, in the era of change, a corporation needs to adapt the environmental changes quickly. From the perspective of organizational management and human resources, "Human Resource Management” is the key asset of an organization. In order to increase employee’s loyalty and solidarity, and further more to discover their potential, an organization shall have a well organized human resource management system to enhance employee’s commitment to the organization. The research of this subject was to explore the relationship between the enterprise’s constitution and organizational commitment. The most influential strategic management tool is Balanced Scordcard in 75 years of Harvard Business Review, as known as the basis of the enterprise’s constitution and the basis was built by key successful factors of BSC. In fact, a questionnaire survey has been conducted targetng a Manufacturing Enterprise in Taichung. A total of 110 copies of questionnaires were distributed randomly, 85 respondents were counted as valid and resulting in a valid response rate of 77.2%. The SPSS statistical analysis software has been utilized to conduct this research. After the analysis of the poll, three conclusions of this research are as the following: 1.Enterprise’s constitution has significant influences with employees' constitution and organizational commitment. 2.Employees from different attributes have a significant influences difference with enterprise’s constitution partial. 3.Employees from different attributes have a significant influences difference with employees’s organizational commitment.
