However, the employment service station of the features and services are able to effectively play performance and meets expectations, should really be explored in depth.For this study is to find the relevance of barriers to employment matchmaking and the effectiveness of Taichung City Employment Services, study the following three objectives: This study targets to those who seek employment in Taichung City Employment Service Desk.conducting surveys, convenience sampling, a total of 500 questionnaires, 323 valid questionnaires, the recovery rate of 64.6% The study concluded the following: 1.Personal limitations and family restrictions are the main factor to impact the effectiveness of government employment service,it can be combined with vocational training, employment counseling and case follow-up counseling to improve the effectiveness of employment; 2.Gender and Employment matchmaking barriers of family conditions and government limiting factors are positively associated , women are more vulnerable to family bond (such as caring for family members can not work to go to distant places ) and affect their employment matchmaking; 3.the age and social expectations and discrimination of employment matchmaking barriers show partly significant differences; 4,the degree of education and social expectations and employment discrimination of employment matchmaking barriers of show partly significant differences; 5,the degree of education and misunderstanding disabilities of employment matchmaking barriers are positively associated。
