The Influence of Golden Aged Leisure Participation, Social Support, Leisure Behavior, Perceived Health and Health Promoting Lifestyle

碩士 === 朝陽科技大學 === 休閒事業管理系 === 102 === The main purpose of this research is to study the central Taiwan golden aged health promoting lifestyle reaches the middle after leisure participation, social support, leisure behavior and perceived health effects, by the findings of this study to understand the current situation, to construct the relevant scale, the difference nature, relevance, and its path model. There is stratified proportional sampling, for the filing of a legitimate central Taiwan (Taichung, Changhua county, Nantou county). Government nursing homes and senior citizens care centers, a total of 223 questionnaires, 223 effective recovery (male 71, female 152 people), the effective recovery rate of 100%. The calculation method is Descriptive Statistics, Independent Sample t test, One-way Analysis of Variance ANOVA, Pearson Correlation Analysis, Confirmatory Factor Analysis, Structural Equation Modeling to analyze the data. The result is a positive impact on leisure behavior of social support, health-promoting lifestyle, leisure behavior positively affect perceived health, health-promoting lifestyle, perceived health is a positive influence on health-promoting lifestyle; among social support through leisure behavior indirect effects of health-promoting lifestyle obtained the best results. In addition, leisure participation will be subject to different "gender", "age", "marital status", the golden aged vary, social support, leisure behavior will be subject to a different "age" of golden aged and have differences, and healthy promoting lifestyle will be different "economic situation" of golden aged have differences. In addition, leisure participation and perceived health, leisure behavior relevant, on the contrary, leisure participation and social support are part of the underlying; social support and leisure behavior, health-promoting lifestyle correlations are associated with a part; leisure behavior and conscious health, health promotion lifestyle are relevant; perceived health and health promoting lifestyles relevant. In addition to the findings for future research directions and suggestions for future research, but also to make recommendations to refer to the relevant units.
