As the evolution of technology, wind energy has become one of the mainstream green energy resource, and also is the new energy resource worthy of developing with the most commercializing scale, in technique as in economic. Wind Turbine Tower is caracterized by steel structure, having higher altitude and smaller ratio of cross section to altitude,and its movement is similar to cantilever beam. At general vertical structure, horizontal loading plays a crucial role, wind power is thus considered as the most important factor. Most stress and transformation are made by wind loads which will influence the stability and security of the whole structure.
