Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 102 === This paper studies the Slab’s deformations that usually occur due to the manufacturing parameters, such as temperature various, rolling reduction, roller’s radius, roller’s angular velocity and grip angle during the rolling processes, and so on. The deformation phenomenon, such as side sunken, warpage and rupture owing to heat exchange between the air and the conveying platform before slab entring the rollers were discussed in this study. The simulations of temperature distributions and deformations were performed by using finite element analysis software ANSYS/LS-DYNA. The database of nonlinear material properies were obtained by the Digital Image Correlation. The methodologies, such as nonlinear material, transient analysis, explicit dynamic and nonlinear contact were adopted in this study. The results show that the side sunken of slab will be reduced, when the parameters are increase, such us heating time, rolling reduction and the roller’s angular velocity. And the roller’s radius can decrease the deformations. The case in this paper, the heating time is needed up to 18 hours at least, and the working temperature unless in 400℃. The results of analysis can provide the industry a basis consultation of rolling processes.
