The flexible learning resources expand opportunities of students' learning, trigger learning motivation, increase learning satisfaction and outcome. Thus, this study based on the 8th Mandarin text book of Han-Lin printed. Through the research tools include such as learning motivation survey, learning satisfaction survey and reading comprehension test, so to understand the impact of learning to the students' learning motivation, satisfaction and outcome after the students went through E-teaching. All collected data were analyzed by Descriptive Statistics, t-test and one-way analysis of variance. And the conclusion was followed: First of all, the students'learning motivation was increased after E-teaching was introduced. Second, the students'learning satisfaction was increased for E-teaching. Third, for those students who had E-teaching has higher learning outcome. Fourth, learning motivation is effectively helpful to predict learning satisfaction but not to the learning outcome. Finally, based on the conclusion, the study with suggestions will be provided to the school and teachers for further use and research.
