碩士 === 大葉大學 === 工業工程與管理學系 === 102 === This study aims to explore the relationship beteen kaohsiung diabolo coaches, professional ability and students, training satisfaction, and compare influence differences of diabolo coaches,professional ability on students satisfaction under different background. This study chose kaohsiung diabolo coaches and students as the research object, and conducted a questionnaire survey with the method of convenience sampling. The data required from the survey was then analyzed with descriptive statistics, factor analysis, reliability analysis, single factor variance analysis, t test, regression analysis and other statistical methods. It is found by this study that coaches in kaohsiung generally have high professional ability, but fall short of theoretical knowledge of kinematics, and students have quiet high satisfaction with coaches. There are significant professional ability differences beteen diabolo coaches of different occupations and levels. Moreover, students of different levels of education and qualification have different degree of satisfaction with diabolo coaches. But diabolo coaches,professional ability has little to do with student satisfaction. Therefore, it is suggested that diabolo coaches should improve their theoretical knowledge of kinematics during their spare time, since surfficient knowledge helps them to handle emergencies. Coaches can organize teaching web so as to faciliate experience exchange. Sharing and exchanging of teaching experience between coaches is helpful for them to provide students with better teaching quality.
