Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 企業管理學系碩士班 === 102 === This study aims to discuss Personality Traits, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance of insurance sales agents. With questionnaire survey, LAW Insurance Broker Co., Ltd. is selected as the research population, and convenient sampling is applied to investigating five departments of business. The questionnaire contains demographic data, Personality Traits Scale, Job Satisfaction Scale, and Job Performance Scale. Total 280 copies of questionnaires are distributed, and 231 valid ones are retrieved, with the retrieval rate 80.6﹪. The acquired data are extracted proper questions with Factor Analysis and Reliability Analysis, and Descriptive Statistics, Independent-Samples t Test, One Way/Multivariate Analysis of Variance, Pearson Product-Moment Correlation, and Stepwise Multiple Regression Analysis are utilized for the statistical analyses. The research results are concluded as below. (1) Demographic variables (gender, blood type, age, educational background, business experiences, work post, and marital status) of insurance sales agents appear significant differences in Personality Traits, Job Satisfaction, and Job Performance. (2) Personality Traits and Job Satisfaction show remarkably positive correlations, in which Openness reveals the highest correlation with Job Satisfaction. Personality Traits and Job Performance present notably positive correlations, where Conscientiousness and Openness show the highest correlations wit Job Performance.h Job Performance. Job Satisfaction and Job Performance reveal significantly positive correlations, where Internal Dissatisfaction shows the highest correlations with (3) Agreeableness, Extraversion, and Conscientiousness appear predictive power Extraversion present the predictive power 41.8% on Job Performance. on Job Satisfaction, and the explanation power reveals the explanation 57.7%. Internal and External Satisfaction show predictive power on Job Performance and the explanation power 47%.
