Blows usually occur profit organizations or members of the organization who are usually exposed internal staff or former, few are outsiders such as the media. Based on the ethical behavior of employees associated with the leader of each other, and good leaders oppose not ethical thing, the staff will not do things that are not ethical; vice versa when the leader of the company's interests for their own benefit or to make no ethics, employee ethics due the degree of loyalty to the leadership of the whistle blowing to expose vary. This study used questionnaires empirical research to EMBA students and work experience for the sampling target, a total of 450 questionnaires, 427 valid questionnaires. It was found that employee loyalty and employee ethical behavior tendency to expose malpractice influential, and ethical behavior of employees does not have a tendency to expose the shortcomings affect which employees may be need to work not to expose the shortcomings within the enterprise organization lost jobs, moreover whistleblowers generally dissatisfied with the organization's former incumbent companies and a handful of employees and the media within the organization hopes to improve the drawbacks of whistleblowers. Finally, conclusions and recommendations of this study as academic and practitioners reference.
