| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 資訊工程學系碩士班 === 102 === This thesis aims to build a complete academic journal submission, peer review, and management system. In recent years, due to the popularity of Internet, a lot of paperwork has been replaced by electronic operation. Submission and peer review of academic journals, also improved from the e-mail process into the online approach. Da-Yeh University currently has "Science and Engineering Technology" and "Humanities and Social Sciences” two journals. But the original journal submission and management system provides only for the use of "Science and Engineering Technology", and yet the paper review process can not be record. Therefore, this thesis will improve the existing journal system so that both journals are able to use it. Moreover, we provide a mail management subsystem to store each notification letter. Consequently, system administrators can easily monitor the review process of papers.
