Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 電機工程學系 === 102 === This paper presents a new solar photovoltaic/thermal (PVT) air collection module with fin-type heat sink substrate that is electrically insulated and has good heat conduction to increase the cooling area and improve heat radiation, heat conduction, and forced convection performance. Increasing convection speed with an electrical fan further improves the cooling efficiency and increases the efficiency of the PV electricity generation. The waste heat is recovered for added value applications. Graphical user interface programming is used to design a new model of PVT air collectors and add dialog box using the MATLAB / Simulink software. The actual ambient parameters such as sunlight irradiance, ambient temperature and wind speed are used to simulate this new PVT air collector output characteristics and solar energy conversion efficiency. The simulation results also predict the PV power output and air heat collection capacity at the same time. The control of electrical fan control can enhance overall conversion efficiency. The simulation results show that the PV efficiency can be maintained at about 11-12%, the thermal efficiency reaches up to 61.6%, and the total PVT efficiency approaches up to 73%.
