The topic of how different backgrounds would influence the outcomes of the research will also be discussed. The statistics results suggest that: (1) There is a significant knowledge difference on environmental education between students in different grades. (2) There is a sig-nificant cognition difference on environmental education facility between students in different grades. (3) There is a significant attitude difference on environmental educa-tion facility between students in different grades. (4) Changhua County students are rated at high-intermediate on environmental education knowledge. (5) Changhua County students are rated at high-intermediate on environmental education facility cognition. (6) Changhua County students are appraised as positive on environmental education facility attitude. (7) For Changhua County students, there is a high positive correlation between their cognition and their attitude on environmental education fa-cility. (8) For Changhua County students, there is no significant difference between their environmental education knowledge and their cognition on environmental educa-tion facility.
