| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 環境工程學系碩士班 === 102 === In this study evaluation indexes of environmental management for environmental education facility are setup. The operation efficiency is explored and discussed for some certified environmental education facilities. A self-evaluation system can be developed, too. The Delphi technique was applied to establish the detail index and their importance of environmental management factors for environmental education facility through 15 experts. The investigation of executions of those detail indexes was carried out for five major kinds of environmental education facility. The management condition of executing could be understood. The important-performance correlation was analyzed, too. Results are shown as follows: Experts believed that the importance of those detail indexes fall within the scope of "high" to "very high". Obviously, the feasibility of those indexes is agreed on environmental education facilities. Furthermore, the important-performance analysis (IPA) shows that effective implementation of public government unit is much higher than that of private or community units. The assessment of eight indicators had been carried out for five representative environmental education facilities. The results shows that effective and highly performance can be executed for medium to large-scale facilities under 48 detail indicators. Nevertheless, the basic requirement for environmental education facilities can be done for small-scale facilities with above average performance. However, further improvement of implementation cannot be reached for those detail indicators and falls down to low-scoring performance area.
