| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship between hakka ethnic personality traits and leisure constraints. The sample targets for this study are elementary school teachers who serve in Hsinchu County. 433 valid questionnairs were collected. In quantitative analysis methods , using SPSS18.0 version, and AMOS 18.0 statistical software version of the computer as a tool for data analysis. Data were analyed through descriptive Statistics, reliability analysis factor analysis, validity analysis, SEM, independent samples t-test, Person’s product moment correlation coefficient, one-way ANOVA descriptivestatistics, t-test, and single-factor variable analysis. Results of the study are showed as follow:
1. The Hakka ethnic elementary school teachers in different personal background on personality traits have significant differences ,including gender and positions. Age is significant correlation . On the other hand, teachers’ marital status, having children , seniority, monthly disposable income show no significant difference .
2. The Hakka ethnic elementary school teachers in different personal background factors on leisure constraints significant differences, including marital status, having children. Age is significant negative correlation . However gender, position , seniority, monthly disposable income show no significant difference.
3. The Hakka ethnic elementary school teachers’ personality traits and leisure constraints factors presented significant negative correlation .
Based on the final results of this study, comprehensive discussions and suggestions were proposed by the writer.
