碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purposes of the study were to recognize the current situation of elementary school teachers’ job stress, recreational sport participation and life satisfaction in Hsinchu area, the mutual influences were explored among elementary school teachers’ job stress, recreational sport participation and life satisfaction. The participants of this study were selected from elementary school teachers in Hsinchu area, adopting the way of random variable samples method to select the sample, the number of the valid questionnaires were 528. The data was analyzed with the statistical software of SPSS. Its approaches were included descriptive statistics, factor analysis and multiple regression analysis. The results were as follows: 1. The elementary teachers’ job stress was below the average, recreational sport participation was low level, life satisfaction in upper level. 2. The elementary school teachers’ job stress was higher when lower life satisfaction. 3. The elementary school teachers’ recreational sport participation was higher when lower job stress. 4. The elementary school teachers’ recreational sport participation was higher when higher life satisfaction. The result could be used as a reference for the elementary school teachers and administrative authorities in Hsinchu to plan suitable approach and teachers recreational planning. The teachers' life satisfaction would be promoted, and elementary education quality could be improved.
