Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === This research explores the effect of learning achievements on interpersonal relationship for element school students, Questionnaires survey was used and the subjects are students who live in different regions. A total of 600 questionnaires were actually collected and 586 of them were valid; the actual available rate is 97.6%. The data were analyzed by descriptive statistics, independent sample t-test, One-Way ANOVA, Pearson correlation, regression analysis. Research findings are: First, Interpersonal relationships of students, girls are generally higher than boys; while students sibling, whose relationships did not differ significantly. Second, learning achievements of students on interpersonal relationship showed a significant positive correlation with interpersonal relationships, the effects of learning achievements in interpersonal relationships of these students are higher and better. Third, there are no significant differences in the knowledge type of students to participate in learning activities of interpersonal relationships. The other type, such as sports and the arts are significantly different from the other students to participate in learning activities and intentions are quite high, Fourth, Interpersonal relationships of elementary school students, the impact of relationships between friends is the largest, the next is teachers, the less impact on relationships is students. Based on the results we obtain relevant conclusions, the impact of the students of learning achievements in interpersonal relationship is positive. We suggest educational institutions could provide a complete program to encourage the other students of less relationship to participate various types in learning activities.
