碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The study aims to explore the relationship between interpersonal relationship and anger expression of students in elementary school. The study introduces questionnaire survey and use a self-developed “Survey of Major Topics for Campus Life among Elementary School Students” as research tool, targeting senior elementary school student of public schools in Hsinchu area as research objects, totaling up 390 valid samples, with descriptive statistics, independent sample t test, one-factor ANOVA,Pearson product-moment correlation analysis and stepwise multiple regression introduced for data analysis upon answers collected from questionnaire. Research findings are: The status of interpersonal relationship in elementary school is good and the performance of peer relationships is the best one; The top frequency of expression of anger is “Anger in”. Female students in interpersonal relationship and anger expression is better than male students. The seudents of different grades and birth order of elementary school has no difference in interpersonal relationship and anger expression. The students of Anger in and control anger has better interpersonal relationship than language and action. Anger expression by language and action has more influence in interpersonal relationship.l Finally, the study's main findings based on the recommendations for schools, education-related institutions, teachers and future research and in curriculum, teaching and counseling on the reference.
