Description
Summary:碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The study explores the corelations between non-corporal punishment attitude and classroom management strategies among Miaoli County’s elementary school teachers. Questionnaire survey was used, A total of 297 questionnaires were actually collected and 285 of them were valid; the actual available rate is94.4%. The data was analyzed by descriptive statistics, Pearson's product-moment correlation, and multiple regression analysis. Research findings are: Non-corporal punishment attitude and classroom management strategies among Miaoli County’s elementary school teachers’ corelation is medium; that is, when teachers’ non-corporal punishment attitude presents high and the application of classroom management strategies is better. Based on the results of this study, we suggest multiple and effective education guidance to administrators and teachers can promote non-corporal punishment attitude. Teachers can learn from practical class management, internalize into themselves and then develop their own class management strategies.
