The empirical findings indicate that big firm size, high debt to assets ratio are more likely to set up less independent directors ratios. The higher degree of globalizes, and the family business firms also clearly set fewer seats for independent directors. Moreover, the empirical results clustering samples show that the companies have set up samples of independent directors (2007-2012) no matter they are mandatory established or voluntary established, the larger sizes of the company, set higher proportion of seats the independent directors. Mandatory samples of independent directors established in (2007 - 2012), the higher debt to assets ratio, or belonging to the family business firms, set the proportion of independent directors fewer seats. Voluntary samples of independent directors established in (2007 -2012), the higher degree of globalizes, set the proportion of independent directors fewer seats Regardless of any grouping samples, the ratio of research and development expenses, electronics companies, corporate performance, and the proportion of independent directors have no obvious relationships.
