| Summary: | 碩士 === 大葉大學 === 管理學院碩士在職專班 === 102 === The purpose of this study is to investigate the relationship among the cognition of retirement and survivor payment system and social participation motivation and the participation of society after retirement for elementary school teachers. The study adopted the questionnaire survey and used Hsinchu County’s elementary school teachers as subjects; in fact, a total of 309 questionnaires were issued and the number of valid questionnaires was 281.The data were analyzed by statistics.
The results were as followings:1.the elementary school teachers in Hsinchu County have stronger motivation and higher aspirations in social participation.2.The motivation in social participation is significantly positive correlated with the social participation.3.The cognition of retirement and survivor payment system was no significant relationship between the social participation motivation in social participation and the participation of society.
Based on the results, this study suggests the followings: 1.The government should increase the cognition of retirement and survivor payment system information more transparent.2.Teachers should improve the cognition of retirement and survivor payment system; strengthen the concept of financial management; develop personal interests and specialty to prepare for retirement.
