The market of touch panel field is growing up due to it was implemented for smartphone, tablet, laptop and even smart TV etc. Therefore we focused on the field induce panel full lamination issue in is manufacturer to research the method and process of quality improvement by Six sigma (D-M-A-I-C). Meanwhile, we applied statistic method to analyze defect sample and make experiment plan to detect the most important factor for best parameter and process. Eventurally we implemented optimized procedure to control process and monitored effectiveness to enhance customer’s content. It can increase the internal competitiveness of enterprice by the profit estimation and professional improvement of this introductory case. To make better the key of cause finally . Take action in improvement of laminating the parallelism and in optimized condition of pressuring baking as well. The beneficial result can lower the defect rate from 13% to 0.7% in attaching bubble process. Overall cost will save NTD 27,675,000 . The project will enhance productivity and competitiveness in order to achieve the final goal of sustainable management.
