Description
Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 工業工程與系統管理學系 === 102 === In order to achieve profit maximization and to grasp the core technology, the companies invest a lot in training those professionals from various fields, in purchasing the production equipment; in producing the parts and in assembling. Take the machine tool for example; the companies are able to produce most of the mechanical accessories, while the computer numerical control is not excluded. Sometimes, the lack of yield rate is the main reason of causing a huge amount of loss. To maintain the quality of accessories, we have to pay much attention on process scheduling; on stipulating the methods of production and on evaluating the function of those facilities. We also need to do the thorough control of qualified product. The mechanical processing industries, using the Total Productive Management, are used as the main research objects in this study. When facing the problem of discrepancy, use figure 8 deployment methods and PM analysis to check the percent of obeying those requirements of processing. On the other hand, we have to find out the most be controlled conditions to eliminate the reason why causing defective rate. The aim of this study is to probe how we could do once process to reach the goal of yielding qualified product. What we have to do is to verify the result, to produce the accessories successfully and to reach the goal of non-defective.
