Summary:碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 公共政策研究所 === 102 === This study aims to discover the progression of Life Education Workshop, which is based on the religious belief of Bliss &; Wisdom, in a Junior High School of Taichung City. The discovery is to explore how Life Education Workshop influences the teacher participants and how it shapes the school culture in order to find out the facilitative elements for running other ones. In this study, qualitative approach was mainly conducted. A multiple method with document analysis, participations and observations, and in-depth interviews was employed to collect data. Findings of the study were concluded as follow: 1.The coordinator plays the role of a forerunner to pioneer a route; the ideals of the belief and the fellows are combined to be the strength of running a life education workshop. 2.The topics are varied because of the different speakers’ varied interests of life education. 3.The participants benefit the most by the influence of the faith and the practice on their life, their teaching and their class climates. 4.In view of school culture shaping, both the teachers and the students share the achievement. 5.Following the belief and the ideals to create a friendly school climate leads the coordinator and the fellows to find a successful way to run a life education workshop.
