Therefore, there are more and more small portable power bank and high energy density batteries are important. Due to energy crisis, renewable energy equipment will play a very important role in 21th century. This study proposes a new solar portable power bank unlike plug-in supply portable power bank in the current market. First of all, this paper introduces the charge and discharge characteristics curve of lithium iron phosphate battery and the compares various charging methods. The solar cell panel power generation principle and its equivalent circuit model are also introduced, and then I-V characteristic curve of the solar cell panel is analyzed. Secondly, this paper describes the charging circuit design, hardware measurement and analysis. This study uses LT3652 and CN3060 this two integrated circuit to design an circuit architecture including three modes: (1) solar cell panel charges the battery, (2) plug-in power charges the battery, (3) the battery output to the load via the boost circuit. Finally, the circuit is integrated by TRIZ analysis method to make this design better.
