Based on a survey to 77 Taiwanese manufacturing industry of SMEs, this paper empirically explores the relationships among sharing knowledge, accelerating innovation, reducing transaction costs, gaining a better reputation, and creating new market opportunities can enhance firm performance. Using the measure of multiple correspondence analysis (MCA), which integrates ideas from multidimensional scaling and develops a graphical technique that minimizes the distances between connecting points in a graph plot. This study using two dimension space makes enterprises easier to understand: Dimension 1 shows that they have breadth or depth in network content; Dimension 2 differentiate expressive ties and instrumental ties from network relationship. In addition, give networking enterprises which don’t have significant influence on firm performance suggestions in order to enhance firm performance. In which enterprise can add more time on knowledge sharing to speed up external knowledge acquisition; try significant changing on operation or new product/ service to accelerate innovation; share risks and profits to reducing transaction costs; network with higher level enterprises to gain a better reputation; lower market entrance to create new market opportunities.
