It’s why social responsibility of business becomes a popular issue. Social responsibility of business includes many aspects, and companies can not only gain more profit but also give welfare to stakeholder and society through social responsibility of business. By the way, the important part of company is their human resource, because high turnover rate will raise the cost of training, recruitment and operating costs. Job satisfaction is a big factor of turnover. Therefore, we research the relationship between social responsibility of business, Job satisfaction and employee turnover intention and have some advice to corporate.
