碩士 === 逢甲大學 === 經營管理碩士在職專班 === 102 === The main purpose of this research is to detect the relation or correlation between the currency and interest differential. Based on the findings, we can determine whether it is ideal to invest on foreign currency according to the variation of the interest differential. If the investors are allowed to understand the correlation while investing on foreign currency, it will reduce the risk of losing money to the minimum. The investors can also make the instant strategy on the investment. I chose Taiwanese propensity of investing on Australian dollar as a case study. By utilizing interest differential while investing on Australian dollar, and using the strategy of simple and rolling return tactic, a reasonable return on investment is always highly likely and expected. The illustration indicates that based on the drastic changes of interest differential, investment on Australian dollar can increase the efficiency of investment. During the process of illustration, the indicators of the signs on the drastic changes are based on the same day&;#39;s interest differentials of 10%, 15%, and 20%. Those figures are the references for investing on Australian dollars. By using the interest differential as the base for transactions on Australian dollars, the integral investment efficiency and the days of positive rewards, and the rate of return will be increased greatly.
